September 16, 2024Disappointing, between the roaches and out-pocket neighbors. These 2 weeks have been the worst. I've made it clear to the management that no one should have been moved into this apartment. It almost feels like that was a rushed discussion on the staff, as the initial apartment I applied for has issues with the flooring that would not have it ready by my move-in date. At first glance it was ok, but once I moved in and started doing my cleaning, you tell and see how I concluded this was not ...properly clean nor ready for anyone to move in it. I've documented my move-in and sent numerous emails. Yes, they have fixed some of my issues but the main issue that is still problematic as of this email is the roach infestation.Property Manager Responded
