August 24, 2024Maintenance requests can take months to be resolved. Management and front desk have the same generic responses like we are short of maintenance staff or we just got a new one and shall get to you ASAP and the cycle repeats itself. Cockroaches ! Cockroaches have also signed a long term lease here, Beaware and do your thorough research but unfortunately I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.Property Manager Responded

May 27, 2024Worst apartment living experience to date. Absolutely non existent maintenance team unless its an emergency, fitness center machines constantly broken/missing, hot tubs never work.Property Manager Responded

Emergencies will always take priority, especially in the summer months when AC's tend to give out; however, there are programs in the works to help alleviate you of longer wait times in the near future. June 5, 2024I forgot to mention- we just replaced 2 of our treadmills and are getting a new set of dumbbells this Friday. We do have quarterly maintenance done for us on our equipment, so if you experience something not working, please let us know so we can address it with the right people to get any issues taken care of.
