September 8, 2023The location is great and the floor plan of the apartment is super open and nice. HOWEVER management isn't very helpful and typically ignores phone calls/ emails. Our apartment has been infested with cockroaches in the kitchen for the past two months. They have no urgency to resolve this. Our apartment was not move in ready when we moved in. 10 months later and they have still not fixed some of the maintance requests from when we moved in. The new gym is nice but not maintained well. The front ...gate is always broken. They make you buy cable and also use a 3rd party delivery system that 9/10 loses your packages.Property Manager Responded
