June 3, 2024This is easily the most beautiful property in the area. It is wooded and secluded, with gorgeous views of the Wando River. It has a prime location situated with water views directly between the Ravenel bridge and the Mark Clark Expressway bridge to Daniel Island. Shopping and access to IOP are also convenient with IOP about 15 minutes away by car. We have a Disney-like pool from which we can also see the River. The new management team is engaged in ongoing renovations and the community continues ...to improve.Property Manager Responded

The maintenance team (Abby and Jason specifically) have been very responsive and quick to resolve any issue that comes their way and they do it with a smile! April 22, 2024avona Longpoint has come a long way under new management. They have been making a lot of upgrades to the property. The buildings got painted new roof landscaping looks awesome. Whenever work orders are submitted. They are answered and completed very quickly management office. Staff is very helpful. Overall this is a great community to live in a great location. March 15, 2024Very terrible experience. The place is very dirty and there are cockroaches everywhere. I have taken a cold shower the past two days. I can’t deliver any packages here because there was always an issue. the rent is way too high for how bad the place isProperty Manager Responded
