    Things have been great at Avana 164! We always appreciate the quick responses from the leasing office when we reach out. The food trucks that come regularly are also great! We appreciate the way the grounds are taken care of regularly and the trash build up by the dumpsters has been improving lately as well.

    It’s a decent place to live. The office staff and maintenance people are very responsive. Apartment is in nice condition. Very noisy bathroom fans, you can hear your neighbor’s fans through the walls and floor. Trash areas are always a mess and overflowing, the complex has a problem with illegal dumpers and litterbugs that toss garbage on the ground all over the place.

    We lived in so many properties, never had this worst experience that we are having here. Management is worst. Leasing professionals and leasing manager they have 0 professionalism. 0 customer service. You tell them your problem they don’t care. Our apartment doesn’t get sunlight, and we need bigger space, we asked them so many times, can we transfer lease to different apartment because we have a new born baby and our apartment is cold. They do not care and say sorry we can’t do anything you have ...
    to break the lease which is something new that you can’t transfer your lease. Even my wife is greystar employee but the managers do not care. But yeah they do all that for people working and living on the property. Then I referred my brother and friend and it’s been 6 months I am waiting for my referral bonus.     Great apartment, clean grounds, helpful staff. Facilities are nice. Rent is reasonable for the economy. Parking may be an issue with being waitlisted for a second spot and minimal open/free spots.

    Nice units, good experience overall but not enough parking. Construction projects recently started along 35th Ave W and will not be done anytime soon...causing traffic which will only get worse

    The property is decent but there are issues with the outside of the community and waste management. There are multiple dark spots in pedestrian areas and parking areas at night due to many lights burned out on buildings and light poles. There is a big waste management issue with garbage all over the grounds and overflowing dumpster areas.

    I placed a work order at the leasing office and was highly impressed by the speed at which the maintenance department executed it. The excellent coomunication by the staff at the leasing office have made my settling down much easier. Kudos to Ziply fiber for speed and excellency.
