    I like living here. Helpful staff, beautiful places for walks, comfortable gym, good location (shops within walking distance). I removed one star because there is no playground for children.

    So far very happy here. Lovely community with a wonderful area for walking alone or with pers ot children. Have never seen anything like it attached to a community in which I lived. Office staff extremely professional, friendly and helpful.

    Overall happy, landscape crews are horrible. Over mulch instead of remove moldy mulch they just add more ontop and make all the sidewalks a mess. Breezeways could be in better condition lights, bugs, paint. Gates never work for a gated community. Office workers never answers phone calls or keep promises made to residents even after multiple conversations.     Fantastic location that is close to everything you need and more! The community remains to stand out due to all of the landscaping and the nature trail on-site with Brushy Creek beside it. Wonderful benefits/perks with local partnerships made by Avana but also so many huge partnerships with big brands with discounts and incentives offered to any Greystar resident. My family and I will be staying until I choose to buy a house.

    The staff are very helpful. The maintenance staff are great. I just wish there were more handicap parking spaces and ramped curbs. The apartment is large and really nice.

We are waiting on corporate to get back to us with the official start date of the repaving and repainting of our entire roadways. It is still in discussion on which avenues and what options we have in order to potentially add more handicap parking on-site. Hopefully we can get you an update soon and receive more information on adding these spaces to share with you. Again, thank you for your lovely review.     I have zero plans to leave Avana Thornblade! The location is very convenient & staff are kind and courteous. I love the mail locker room and how convenient and safe it is to pick up my packages.

    I just moved here from Michigan and absolutely love living here. The complex is very nice and offers all of the amenities that I was looking for. The people have been so friendly and helpful. plus the weather has been wonderful....no snow so far! I do not have any regrets at all!!!
