April 3, 2025Avana Uptown has been my home for almost a year, and I couldn't be happier. The maintenance team is top-notch, and any issues are addressed promptly. The manager and assistant manager, Juavon, are both kind and helpful. Juavon, in particular, goes above and beyond to address any concerns I may have, and his responsiveness is greatly appreciated. Packages always stolen … gate always broke

February 3, 2025Avana Uptown is a beautiful community with a lot of potential. I have lived here for over a year and enjoy the quiet and solitude of the property. I wish that the amenities were consistently available and operational. However, it has not been the case.
