August 21, 2024Reasonable for the price. Apartment had a broken door and fridge when I moved in. Maintenance was quick to fix it but I don't know how anyone missed it. The apartment is decently sized for a studio, the location is next to a mall. I'm hopeful the place will keep improving, they're building a fence around the property and switched to Vallet garbage collection.Property Manager Responded
