    Management at the office is ok at times they can be rude and rush most things. My biggest gripe is maintenance and the so called renovations that they're doing. They go very cheap in solving issues which I normally wouldn't complain about if they price of the rent stayed the same. Rent will creep up and the service will not improve with increased rent, mold and infestations will take weeks to actually be taken care of.     Terrible place! I was here for about a year and it wasn’t it. I remember their security guards pulling a gun on a young couple for cleaning their car at night. Maintenance is never here. Requests are never getting fulfilled. Management is rude and doesn’t answer the phone. Have terrible plumbing problems and break ins. Don’t care about their residents safety. I think the only good thing about this place is the how spacious the rooms are. Terrible communication. Infested with roaches ...

  • Management sucks

    I have lived here several years and the new management sucks. I have been waiting several weeks for repairs to be done an I keep getting the run around and excuses. The manager looks down on you from day one like she is better than the tenants. They do not answer the phone ever and hardly ever return a call. I know other tenants who have gone months now without repairs too. They are trying to make the property look nice on the outside, but forgetting to take care of the tenants issues.

    These apartments are really nice. the units are large and the manager is nice and takes care of issues. The neighbors are nice and mostly families. They recently installed new balconies and it looks really nice. One of the best part is that its all bills paid so dont need to worry about individual bills.

    I'm not in love with our apartment but it does have potential. The one bed room we have is the second largest and it is very spacious with a big bedroom, living room, dining room, and bathroom. The only thing that is small is the patio and kitchen. I would give these apartments a five star rating, but it'sa bit on the expensive side for the simple fact that the apartments look cheapy. When we moved in the floors in the kitchen and restroom had big cracks, the stove had a shortage, and the biggest ...
