December 20, 2024Most here are very upset by the strict regulations enforced and we feel they infringe on our freedoms here. We feel like children who are admonished under the authoritarian rules. Many of us have experienced major losses in our lives and need to find comfort and compassion and the freedom to live in peace and acceptance and understanding. Instead of feeling like we are dwelling in an apartment, it feels more like an institution. We have also noticed that our amenities have been sharply cut way ...back for the amount of rent we are shelling out each month. It certainly does not live up to being a resort-like complex!Property Manager Responded
December 20, 2024Hello, I am sorry to hear that you feel the way you do. We have a community policy that everyone signs when they move in. It gives detail information about the policy and procedures in the community. We have several activities such as exercises 5 days a week, art classes every week, cooking class once a month, we do pop lunches, continental breakfast and we serve hot food through the month. I know the residents do a lot of activities throughout the week. I am very happy to have a discussion with you about any of your concerns and review the community policies.
