March 3, 2025My apartment was incredibly filthy upon move in (6 months ago) my vacuum is still loaded with filth to this day…my bathroom was literally disgusting we have spent hours making this place livable. Doors hanging off their hinges, screens so old and beaten you can’t see out the window clearly. My shower door was so moldy and rusty we were shocked. The neighborhood is peaceful and the location is super convenient, especially being right next to the beautiful Vasona Lake Trail - perfect for walks, and it’s dog-friendly too. The apartments are spacious, cozy, and really make us feel at home. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive whenever we need something.
