June 1, 2023As someone who has lived in the Antelope Valley for 20 plus years, I haven't found a better apartment complex than Avenida Crossing. I have been a happy satisfied resident here for over 10 years and what I enjoy the most is the pleasant, friendly, family atmosphere. The scenery is beautiful, as the lawns are impeccably kept up; there is a beautiful new pool area where you can relax and the kids can have fun, and barbequing is a breeze with various picnic areas located on the property. The ...atmosphere is peaceful and serene; the neighbors are very friendly here, and Darlene, the property manager, as well as the entire staff are the most professional, attentive, and welcoming people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing; they do their best to keep things running smoothly. Once you are here, you won't want to go anywhere else! Don't hesitate to become part of this amazing community; you'll be glad you did!Property Manager Responded

Affordable, Safe, Clean, Attentive Management/Maintenance Staff!
March 23, 2021I have lived here for the past 6 years. I live in a Quadplex which is really nice not having another neighbor above/below me. Grounds are kept clean, units are spacious and affordable. Maintenance is very good. Management, THUMBS UP!!! , Daniel is concerned with our community and is doing an excellent job. Avenida Crossing is one of, if not, the BEST place to live for community living. Near to many grocery stores, WALMART, and various shopping businesses for daily needs.Property Manager Responded

July 31, 2015I love my apartment home. The community is peaceful, well kept and family oriented. They offer 2,3,&4 bedroom units that are very spacious. They also have a big pool that is always clean and a little waiting pool. My children love living here.Review from Apartments.com
