    Upon looking for a new home recently I found that I loved the Craig Ranch Area!! They offer a waking trail around Rowlett Creek that is stunning! The leasing agent Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and helpful in securing my lovely new home!! Everything was clean, neat and tidy on the grounds and my new apartment.     Avenues @ Craig Ranch has been our home since 2017. We got married, and evolved our family while living here! It's always been pretty quiet and kept up! The pool is so spacious, there's enough room for a good amount of people! And they keep it clean! Maintenance is out there daily making sure it's up to par for the residents! All 3 of my girls learned how to swim in that pool, learn how to ride their bikes in the complex @ have had many adventures at the Avenues. It has a beautiful walking path! ...
    The maintenance have always been ON POINT! I haven't had to wait long to get things done and they're always so nice! The staff has always been helpful and very Kind. Erin, Lisa, Elizabeth, Mike, Nelson, George & Pedro!! My family loves ya'll. Keep up the good work. Also, the location... is awesome! Central to Walmart, Kroger, HEB, Target & much more. Even up and coming buildings next to us for a new exciting spot!

    quiet and comfortable. The Staff is very attentive and helpful with any issues that I had. The management is very responsive and I had only one maintenance call. They arrived right away and fixed the issue. Highly recommend this apt complex. Don't go by the reviews!

  • It's nice if you dont look too close

    Going on 2 years of living here and it is nice if you dont look too close. I took 30 pictures of imperfections when I moved in so they don't try to blame them on me. The valet trash situation is a literal joke, the "notices and fines" do not do anything to stop people from leaving the their 4 bags of trash out. The office leaves aggressive notes warning they'll get fined by the city and "THIS CANNOT HAPPEN!!!!" on people's doors with warnings and nothing ever changes. I've used my patio twice ...
    since moving in because the wasps are crazy. We've put in multiple maint. tickets about it and all theyve done is come and spray the nest using the spray I bought? It is very disappointing to pay maintenance and pest control and to have these issues. Do not even get me started on the parking situation...if you're not home by 5:30pm in my building, you can kiss a spot goodbye. There also no gate to get in or out or tags/stickers so literally anyone could park anywhere or have access to your front door. The shared wall neighbors have never been bad but the noise levels are a bit absurd outside the building. Police have been called in the middle of the night. Office response was to send a note about what is "common in shared living spaces". It took over 2 weeks to complete "roof work" on our building alone which we were notified that would only take a few days and their equipment and tools were left everywhere for over a month (taking up more parking spots!) Maintenance has been banging on the walls here all day, no notice. I called the front office becuase I was leaving one morning (around 11AM) and there was vomit on the stairs that had been left. Every morning I pass by the vomit stain but at least we have new mulch! Gym and pool could be much bigger. There is no "community" feel. I could go on but it's what ya pay for I guess. That's the only reason I stay.

    The property manager cannot be trusted. She does not take responsibility for her own actions and words. She is comfortable with putting things back on her residents. She doesn’t even try to make things right. At the end of the day all apartment living is the same, it’s proves a roof over your head. Now the research that needs to be done is who is managing my new home. IRT seemed great until now. I know many come here and read reviews before even coming to tour the property.
