January 21, 2025Honestly, after having lived here for the past 6 months, I don't think you could beat the price for the amazing amenities you get. The remodeled gym, free laundry, beautiful study rooms, and wifi/housekeeping are awesome. The only 'downside' i'd say are the kitchenettes, you can't really cook a lot. However, the communal kitchen on the 1st floor comes in handy! You get more than what you pay for in my opinion, but overall it's been a good place for a student on a budget. The location is also ...amazing! So close to Temple campus, Cecil B. Station, the IBC Rec Center, and a grocery store.Property Manager Responded

October 15, 2024I have loved living here the staff is always kind and helpful and the amenities are great. Utilities are all included, even laundry, and I haven't had any problems with the functionality of anything. Only complaint is there's a connecting door between me and my neighbors room; it doesn't open, however, everything can be heard through it which can get annoying at times, but overall great place definitely recommend!Property Manager Responded
