July 11, 2024Recently, I’ve been hearing residents grumbling about management, but as a resident here I disagree. They're nothing but professional and responsive to any request I’ve had. The property is well kept and they are constantly doing upgrades to make this a warm and enjoyable community. But other residents are upset because the employee restrooms in the building that were previously unlocked now have to be locked so residents may not enter. The reason for that is some residents have gone in & left ...unsanitary messes and didn't even try to clean up after themselves! One caused the toilet to overflow ruining the brand new carpeting that had been installed on that floor. We have bathrooms in our apartments so they have no right to complain about not being able to use employee bathrooms!Property Manager Responded
