September 19, 2024This is one of the best, very well-maintained and well-managed properties in DTLA. South Park neighborhood is safer and cleaner compared to other DTLA area. Wish the management could do something about the noise level. Trash chute is making constant noise which can be heard inside the unit and paper thin windows don't stop much noise coming from the outside.Property Manager Responded

July 31, 2024There is an overall feeling of living in a high end apartment. The neighborhood is really nice. The view is amazing, all of the fixtures are new. I love it.Property Manager Responded
