February 13, 2025The apartment itself is great—modern layout, clean common areas, and well-maintained. However, there are major downsides that impact the experience. There’s no sense of community—no group chat for residents, no events, and little engagement. The leasing office is slow to respond, making simple issues, like correcting my pet fee despite early ESA documentation, unnecessarily drawn out. The biggest frustration is EV parking. I was assured there was no waitlist before moving in, only to find out ...after signing that there actually is one. Meanwhile, non-EVs occupy designated EV spots, and despite promises of availability by the end of January, I’m still waiting with no clear timeline. While the living space is great, management’s lack of responsiveness and transparency can be frustrating, especially for key amenities like parking.Property Manager Responded

September 19, 2024This is one of the best, very well-maintained and well-managed properties in DTLA. South Park neighborhood is safer and cleaner compared to other DTLA area. Wish the management could do something about the noise level. Trash chute is making constant noise which can be heard inside the unit and paper thin windows don't stop much noise coming from the outside.Property Manager Responded
