January 15, 2025Our air conditioner wasn’t working. When we reported it to the leasing office Jean immediately came to our apartment and saw.that our thermostat wasn’t working. He immediately brought us a temporary air conditioner until anew thermostat came in to replace our broken one. It was finally fixed.and amazing with the very quick response. Jean was right on top of my situation and my Ralph and I were very pleased with how he handled our situation. Jean, he’s the best.Property Manager Responded

Horrible New Management
December 5, 2024I have lived at Axis One for 3 years. For the first two years, Elaine was great! Neighbors are awesome! Everything was fixed properly. As soon as the new management took over, everything went downhill. Gates, hot tub, units are always having issues, the new management always blames you for the issues too.
