    • Great customer service great place to live

      I've lived here for almost three years and have never had a problem. The manager (Maria) is so awesome and helpful when you need help. I referred someone else to these apartments and they moved in with in two weeks of the application. It's very quiet and no drama, everyone says hi and are very friendly. I will stay here for as long as I need.

    • Incompetent management, terrible parking

      If I had known what I know now before signing the lease, I would have gone elsewhere. It's a nice complex from the outside and fairly quiet, but it's not until you begin living here that you get the true experience. We've been towed 6 times in our 18 months of living here. We've incurred about $1,000 in towing expenses due to the lack of communication of where we can/can't park, a lack of spaces, and an inconsistency in towing policy. If you want to live here, you should spend the extra money for ...
      a garage. They SHOULD be a luxury, but apparently they're a necessity to avoid this mess. Furthermore, the office is always making up their own hours, closing on Saturdays when they should be open, and leaving early. One time they told us "we don't open our office when we are full" as if their current residents don't need assistance...

    • Great place for families not singles

      This apartment complex is so quiet and safe. There are a lot of rules such as no smoking or loud music after 10pm.Not too many people can have parties because they're are less than 20 visitor parking spaces. Residents usually take them as a last resort. Parking can be quite the hassle so if you have a 9-5 job, you'll get a spot for sure. They will tow you if you are in a fire lane even with a parking permit. Management is okay, maintance on the other hand takes forever with requests and repairs. ...
      Pet deposits are $1000 so choose carefully if you love your pet. There is also a security guard but he just stays in his personal car. I never see him do rounds. Overall a clean nice environment. It is also income restricted.
