Just imagine being jolted out of bed at 7:30am by the sound of power tools echoing threw your apartment, while the vibration causes things to fall off the walls. Those zoom meetings you have scheduled, I hope you don't need to talk for the next 6 weeks. Normally when a management company schedules an entire crew to come redo a pool, you would think a simple email would be sent to all tenants to inform them. Brooklyn Gold management clearly missed that memo. This month alone I have had no hot water in my unit three times, it's the 14th. Do yourself a favor and continue searching elsewhere for an apartment, it's not worth the headaches or your money.

app I was able to download. The building is clean. Every morning, as I leave to go to work, the janitorial staff is cleaning the lobby and the elevators, and I am greeted with a smile as I walk by. Nothing better (other than strong coffee) to set the tone for the day.

bikes! Our apartment is just over 1100 square feet, with 2 bathrooms with Italian marble floors and walls and large bedrooms that have floor to ceiling windows. We love the open kitchen that has caesar stone counter tops, a dishwasher and a sleek black marble floor. The entire apartment has wood flooring and we have a washer dryer as well. We are in Brooklyn but the advantage of living by the water's edge is taking in the gorgeous view of the New York City skyline from our rooftop! Lined with trees, flowers, lounge chairs, outdoor sofas and a great lawn you will never tire of this great oasis nestled in the midst of busy, bustling New York City.
