January 26, 2025For the most part, my experience is going good. Although I do have some complaints. The water from the sink and shower smells super gross, like sulfur or rotten eggs. I’ve never had water smell so bad. Although, there are a good amount of chips and cracks in the apartment that I hope will get fixed. And also the walls are super thin and can hear neighbors just talking at a regular volume.Property Manager Responded

January 5, 2025I was out of town for the Holidays when Blys abruptly decided to have a fee to charge EV vehicles. That was the only amenity that sold me on Blys. The neighbors are friendly and we are located within walking distance to all in Wilton. The staff is always here to accommodate us in any issue that may arise.
