December 7, 2024Could be so much more. For some reason the cleanliness has dropped and the recycle room is piled high with boxes and it’s not from Black Friday. Coffee maker needs to be cleaned and ready to go early in the AM not when the leasing office opensProperty Manager Responded

November 26, 2024The amenities are top notch as well as the staff. We absolutely love living at the Blys Apartments. The neighbors are friendly and we are located within walking distance to all in Wilton. The staff is always here to accommodate us in any issue that may arise. October 31, 2024Great management and maintenance staff. We have only been here 4 weeks but we have no regrets moving into Blys. We had some maintenance issue but they were either fixed that day or with in a day or so.Property Manager Responded

October 30, 2024Love the dog community and cleanest complex I’ve ever lived in. We got lucky with a nice riverside balcony where we love to eat dinner. Grills in the complex are the most seamless to deal with from my experience. Highly suggest to live hereProperty Manager Responded
