With the school being within walking distance as well as being a 5-10 minute drive from stores, restaurants, parks and trails, this complex will be a perfect fit and a great location for anyone! We provide free shared wifi to all our residents! There is an on-site manager with regular office hours and an on staff/on-call maintenance team for emergencies. Our apartment also offers a lot of closet space along with all major appliances and a coin/card-op laundry facility. We even have Air Conditioning! Required to secure home: Deposit $730 Non-Ref fee $300 Total $1030 Water, Sewer, and Garbage are resident responsibilities.
