December 24, 2024The Bancroft Lofts is home for my boyfriend and I. The staff is exceptional at providing the residents with fun events. The maintenance staff keeps the building in tip top shape. November 23, 2024It has been great to take part of this community. We are very happy to live here.I highly recommend to be a resident at Bancroft Lofts. The staff is wonderful and they are always there to help you if you have any concerns. November 12, 2024I've had a fantastic experience at Bancroft Lofts! The office staff is incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and very responsive to questions or requests. Communication is quick and smooth, making everything easy. The maintenance team, especially Ryan and Jose(sorry if I have mistaken names :) ), are excellent – they’re always friendly and efficient and complete any work in no time. It’s such a relief knowing maintenance is so reliable! The common areas here are also a huge perk – the gym ...and pool are lovely and well-kept. Plus, the apartments themselves are modern and stylish. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great living experience!Property Manager Responded

October 29, 2024Love the industrial vibe and design, management is always very responsive and quick to help with any issues! The high ceilings and big windows is my favorite part, I looked at a lot of apartments before moving in and I have no regrets.
