    Okay so we will start with the surrounding area and work our way to the apartment. Major cross streets are Auburn Boulevard& Manzanita Avenue. There's a city bus stop just outside the complex. There is interstate 80 access very close. Plenty of grocery stores, in fast food restaurants within a mile. Big park a block away, a hospital within a mile away, with a grammar school conveniently located right across the street. Major shopping malls the take about 5 minutes to drive to. Dumb, is straight ...
    down Manzanita Avenue a couple of miles. The complex parking lot is big, no assigned parking, always with many spots to choose from. The complex has maybe 200 apartments, which is nice, keeps things quiet. There's one swimming pool, one washroom with plenty of washers and dryers as long as you're not doing your laundry on Sunday. the landscaping has rolling hills with plenty of mature growth, big trees lots of shade. Pets are welcome so bring your best friend! There are two sizes of one bedroom apartment s and two sizes of two bedroom s as well. I have the bigger of the one bedrooms, the smaller has a porch.The complex has been recently painted with modern colors. Big bay window in living room, new appliances, all electric, no gas, garbage disposal, dish washer, ceiling fan, one and a half bath. Walk in closet, heater, air conditioner in wall. Management on site, with friendly, helpful maintenance. It's quite, been here a long time, with very little to worry about.

    These apartments are located between Auburn blvd. and Madison Ave. on Manzanita Ave. There's a hospital encrediably close, (less than a mile), a good size park, less than a block away. Closes to shopping, bus, and freeway access. The complex it's self is small, less than two hundred apartments, rectangular shaped with tall good looking mature growth within, ample parking, well lit, security patrols. One swimming pool, one wash room, with plenty of machines. (as long as it's not Sunday) ...
    management live onsite, friendly, and responsive. My apartment is the bigger of the two,one bedroom apartments they offer. The smaller has a patio. Inside, dish washer, garbage disposal, electric stove, in wall heat&air (which can leave the bedroom to the mercy of the season) but all appliances are new, or newer. The environment overall is quite, and relaxing. I use to work down the street (walking distance in fact) so these apartments were a no brain-er. And have been here since two thousand and five.
