Great Space, Good Location, Poor Maintenance
August 4, 2015I've got a unit in the heart of the neighborhood...easy walk to restaurants, shops and public transportation. There's a parking space(crucial for this area), a fireplace, a/c, and plenty of light. The only problem is that my landlord is not exactly proactive about maintaining the units here. While he is pretty fast about fixing something that will cost HIM money, other repairs(or anything cosmetic) are a fight with him.Review from Apartments.com
