February 18, 2017The owners are very responsive and helpful. They clearly care about the property and the tenants -- the big draw to living in a smaller building owned by real people. The location is great – quiet neighborhood but a few blocks to the Morgan junction and less than two miles to the Alaska junction. The apartment itself might be described as (dare I say it?) mid-century modern, and renovated in 2015. The owners updated most everything – fixtures, thoughtful lighting, flooring, custom window ...treatments, heaters on timers, appliances, white quartz! – but left the original lovely woodwork, including built-in bookshelves.
