January 14, 2025I couldn't be happier with my apartment! The size is truly impressive—there's plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each space. Whether it's the expansive living area, the roomy bedrooms, or the generous kitchen, every corner offers a sense of openness and comfort that makes it feel like home from the moment you walk in. The location is another standout feature. Situated in a highly desirable area, everything I need is within reach. From restaurants and shops to parks and public transport, it’s ...all just a short walk or drive away. This combination of space and convenience makes it an ideal place to live. January 5, 2025I’m very bothered by the fact that my vehicle has been towed twice in the past for not having my parking permit visible, but recently there has been many days and nights where cars without a parking permit has been out front of my building in resident parking and has not been towed.Property Manager Responded

October 21, 2024I have been a tenant here since 2014. I have lived in apartment complexes my entire life. I have never seen an complex run as well as RAM is running this one. from the rent increases recently in such an inflationary environment to the quality of the office staff and the maintenance crew, there is nowhere i'd rather live at. September 27, 2024I’m just not satisfied lately. Maintenance is been awful lately. Pete in particular has been very rude. Service request are not been completed correctly. There are no form of communication being left in my home stating someone was there while I was not. Email communication from the office is slim to none. Parking is not being reinforced. The neighboring community is still parking in resident parking. Garbage has not been picked up the last 3 Sundays. Just such a big change signing the community. ...Not for the better either.Property Manager Responded
