      Management makes rules about parking, and despite letting them know it is an issue the manager expects the residents to do something about it. Noise complaints go un resolved by the new office manager. It seems that she expects the residents to do her job for her, with the excuse of I am new

    • It's not that great.

      Where to start. The toilets are tiny and low to the ground. If the bathroom above you overflows then it rains dirty toilet water in your bathroom. The refrigerator is like a dorm sized and could be good for a single person but that's it. The resident parking is always full with visitors. If your neighbor smokes then you'll smell it in your unit. The walls and floors are thin, so if your neighbor is playing music, watching TV or having sex you'll hear EVERYTHING. The people from the neighboring ...
      properties will use our parking lot and cut thru for shortcuts when walking. They don't fix anything....ever!!! But hey, we got washers and dryers in unit

      the apartment section (bay club) is going downhill & even worse the surrounding area is a one that a person should b wary of and the apartment's to the west are the worset. i lived there for just my lease period and then thankfuly found another place & moved ther december 1st.

      The leasing office manager Jolla is loud often hear her swearing in the office. The maintenance guys r really nice sad that Tony is gone. Nice apartment still things could get fixed quicker instead of attitude from manager.

      This place looks nice at first glance but beware before signing on the dotted line. I lived here very briefly. Management changed just before my scheduled move-in date. Didn't get the unit I was promised, didn't get the upgrades that were promised, worst off all the place had bedbugs and management worked hard to cover it up. I had to break my lease despite the many consequences that came with that. This place nearly ruined my life and my credit. Management staff were rude and unresponsive. ...
