Horrible
December 12, 2017BayPointe Manor is a horrible complex to stay in. They are cheaply made, you can literally hear every step the upstairs neighbors make even running the shower water. Why am I able to hear them close their door? And when I speak to Agatha about it she tells me "BayPointe is old and that's how the floors are made". She has lied to me and told me that they would put concrete in each unit once the tenants move out, but immediately moved another tenant above me with two 40lb dogs who barked and ran ...all night. If you want to pay your hard earned money for no peace and quiet MOVE HERE! Agatha is all about the almighty dollar, she'll let anybody move out here, she let my cousin move here who didn't have a job at the time, she used false information at the time and Agatha did not verify it just to keep the units filled. The parking lot has trash thrown in it everyday and dog poop on every corner you take. I wish I could upload the videos of all the noise that takes place in my apartment. My balcony wood panels were broke for a month and a half due to the menacing neighbors above me who tried to climb my gate to get to their balcony on the second floor. I will put in request online and they are never done, I was still waiting on my kitchen light to be replaced which still hasn't been done. I called the office to speak to the landlord of the apartments and they would never give me the information probably because they know the office staff is bogus. Jontay was suppose to call her boss and leave a voicemail in which I don't think she did, that was about 5 Fridays ago. Agatha and Jontay do not need to run any apartment complex. These apartments are ghetto and have drug dealers dealing in the parking lot. Save your money and time if you want peace and quiet, they are all about making money here with no compassion for their tenants.Property Manager Responded
December 13, 2017We want to apologize for the noise issues you have experienced during your time living with us at Baypointe Manor. It is always a practice of ours to always address any noise complaints as they are brought to our attention. Once we are able t gain access to all unit after move out we begin the process of repairing any flooring issues. When a work order is submitted our maintenance staff corrects all issues within a matter of 24 - 48 hours with the exception to requests that require a part or parts to be ordered. The maintenance staff picks up grounds twice a day and try very hard to keep the property clean at all times. It is very hard to maintain the property on weekends when our maintenance staff is not scheduled, however now that these issues have been brought to our attention we will work to have this resolved as soon as possible. Baypointe Manor follows a strict rental criteria for all applicants before approving and being allowed to move in. When a resident has an issue ...involving property rules, the lease agreement or rules that we have implemented, we try diligently to solve these issues on site, as your first point of contact is with our office staff. We ensure that all staff members are trained in Texas laws and the rules and policies set by our management company. Visiting the apartments
May 4, 2016I used to visit an old boyfriend when he lived there. I loved the place. Not much noise at all. Very quiet at night. The apartment was nice on the inside and parking was great. September 24, 2015These apartments were very nice & the area was very quiet . Now we deal with having bugs in our apartment that management doesn't take care of when requested. Had a couple of shootings & one murder that has me paranoid of my surroundings. & these are "pet friendly " apartments but the people that live here aren't pet friendly.Review from Apartments.com
