June 12, 2024My experience at Bayview Apartments started positively with a welcoming staff, but quickly soured due to their unhelpful and dismissive attitude when issues arose. Problems with the EV car charging and double-assigned parking spots were poorly handled. Additionally, the response to a washing machine leak was frustratingly inadequate, with technicians dismissing concerns and failing to provide necessary information. The provided phone number for help was not working at all during an emergency in ...the evening. Despite appealing this issue, I have yet to receive any reply. Overall, the support systems need significant improvement to restore tenant trust and satisfaction.Property Manager Responded

May 22, 2024I was initially hesitant to move into a Greystar building due to their reputation. However, the leasing staff at Bayview were exceptionally professional and responsive. Cezar, in particular, made our move-in process extremely easy. It would be in Greystar’s best interest to uphold this standard across all of their properties. From the seamless application process to moving in and getting settled in my apartment it couldn’t have been easier.
