She is a good listener and understands my concerns, as well as tries to meet my needs. Emily is very considerate, supportive, and responsive. Having Emily help me find a new home was a pleasure! I would highly recommend working with her. I've had a great experience living at BE DTLA so far. My unit comes in a great and clean ...condition. The community keeps its common areas clean and the neighborhood is quiet during the day and at night. I love the rooftop and the WFH area. The leasing office and the maintenance/security team are all friendly and professional. It is easy to reach them and they respond quickly! A big plus is that they occasionally host fun community events. The most recent one I joined, the "Casino Night" was incredible. There were DJs, catering, fun games, and decent prizes. It was an awesome vibe among friendly residents. A fun night with everything you could want! I appreciate their effort to put together a gathering like this for residents to enjoy and connect.
