Great experience moving into our new home
January 12, 2024My girlfriend and I moved into Beachwood Homes in October of this last year and are loving it so far. Great location in regards to the beach, park, and downtown Jaunita. Additionally, the property management team has been extremely responsive and helpful with the move-in process and has made getting any maintenance done a breeze. The apartment itself has a very modern feel, is very spacious, and comes with new appliances that are a huge upgrade from my last abode (we love the remote-controlled ...fireplace for these longer winter nights). It's a private and cozy place that we are enjoying turning into our home in our next chapter together. Friendly neighbors and multiple parking spots certainly don't hurt as well. September 16, 2023I have found the best of both worlds here to include close access to Juanita Beach Park and a vibrant neighborhood, along with an overall peaceful and quiet environment surrounding the apartment complex. September 13, 2023"These are great apartments in a great area. Best apartments I've ever lived in! I moved here about 3 years ago and let me just say that I have never been so happy to live in any apartment building before. Lawns and gardens are always maintained beautifully. An absolutely positive experience from the moment on I submitted my maintenance request until the time it was finished. Beautiful apartments and fantastic location!
September 13, 2023I have really enjoyed living at Beachwood. The 2 br-2 bath apartment has been a wonderful space to live in. It was recently remodeled with all new appliances and finishes which are lovely and modern. The things I like most are the spacious rooms, hardwood floors, skylight with tall ceiling, the electric fireplace in the living room, the large walk-in closet in the master bedroom, and the large soaking cub in the master bath.
