Don't do the laundry on the weekends
June 26, 2016Because the laundry room is locked with a key pad...I guess our clothes aren't as important as Managements!!!Review from Apartments.com
New management is terrible.
June 24, 2016I've lived here since before williams investments decided to sell the property. While I'm glad Williams Investments doesn't own the property anymore, I have a serious issue with one of the women who are on-site managers. Our water was shut off with no notice and one of them (susan) had the nerve to say "it is what it is"... Can we say "unprofessional" in unison? It took everything for me not to chew her out. It is NOT "it is what it is". There are people here who have families, who are ...extremely reliant on water, and that's all she had to say? This is the second issue I've had with her and why she works here is beyond me. All in all, I'm glad they're renovating the apartment complex... But Susan needs to renovate her approach on addressing people. She has already caught my attitude once, it would be unfortunate if she caught it again.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!
June 22, 2016MANAGER IS MEAN!!!!!!!! SHE REALLY NEEDS TO GO. NO WATER,,, TOWING RESIDENTS CARS WITH OUT NOTICE. IM TALKING WITH IN A COUPLE OF HOURS,,, NO NOTIFICATION. THIS PLACE CARES ABSOLUTELY ZERO ABOUT ITS RESIDENTS. MANAGEMENT TREATS PEOPLE SUB STANDARD, WONT ADDRESS RESIDENTS CONCERNS. WORST EVER!!!!!!Review from Apartments.com
No Water
June 15, 2016The new management is very bad at giving notice of water shut off... There are families with and without children and the management just hangs a notice saying the water will be shut off...no eta of when it will be back on.Review from Apartments.com
Comparable only to a nightmare
May 24, 2016There is no highspeed internet, just a independently owned Comcast tower. Some apartments don't have a washer/dryer, only an open central laundromat. There is no playground, there is an open field that doesn't get mowed often. No garden, only a federally protected wild life preserve. There is NO court yard. No pond, only the wild life preserve. Management is rude to an unbelievable extreme. Even after being remodeled, the apartment is covered in black mold. When I told management, she gave me a ...pamphlet on how to clean mold and I said that wasn't working so she said " It's really not our "expletive" problem if you don't know how to clean mold " and then disconnected me. You are not allowed to have visitors past 8 PM or they will tow their car. You are not allowed to cook above 350 degrees, the alarms go off and nearly sets off the entire apartment alarm. Children run wild in packs and murder the federally protected wild life with makeshift spears, management belittles you for reporting it. In the cupboards and cabinets, there are holes leading into the walls. Ceiling fans in the bathroom with motion light cannot be turned off and radiate infra sound causing panic attacks and migraines. Holes under the carpet with cold air blowing in. Massive rat infestation, I have video of 10 swarming around my deck. Dead cockroaches always appearing in the kitchen. The trash sometimes goes weeks without getting picked up. There is a massive blood splatter on the ceiling in the living room, they tried to cover it up with kills but it's still visible. The walls and carpets are always wet because of the lagoon. There is a fowl odor coming from the sinks and the water tastes strange. Massive spider infestation. The electrical is spotty with random holes and cables running along the walls. Severe water damage to the floor and walls. Everything installed poorly, crooked windows, cupboards and cabinets. People party here non-stop. Trash all over the yard and parking lot. Bedroom doors are cut strangely so you have a 3 inch or more gap below your door, eliminating your privacy both audibly and visually. Carpet not stretched or attached to the floor properly and is saturated in urine. Lagoon floods up to 10 times a year causing water damage to your home and vehicle. Loud animal fighting 24/7 with epic rat fights under your window. Regular unscheduled inspections using intimidation tactics while taking photographs and violating your constitutional rights. You've been warned!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
TERRIFYING
May 24, 2016I moved into this complex in June of 2015. This complex was never the greatest but now it has gotten down right terrifying to live in after the new owners have taken over. They also own Beaver Creek across the street. The staff are just mean when you try and place a complaint or even if you need something repaired. They make you feel like YOU are the one doing something wrong and how dare you need something fixed! There are children running around in packs destroying everything in their paths, ...including vandalizing vehicles. My car has scratches all over it now. I voiced my complaint but was told they could not control the kids, what did they want me to do. I am terrified to leave my apartment past dark. We have had squatters sleeping in the entry way. I see drug deals at all hours of the day. DO NOT use the laundry facility as they have teenagers hanging out in there. I have had my clothes stolen after just leaving for 5 minutes. The grass was not cut for 3 months. I have mold all throughout my unit. People will just walk by and stare into you unit. I have never been so afraid to sleep at night.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Walk Away....
May 20, 2016This was Willshire Cove Apartments. We no longer "qualify" to live there after the new owners took over. Make sure to check the qualifications which is not listed on here. The management is utterly rude. The grounds are not kept up, garbage and rats all over. It is right next to a wildlife preserve, but they list the complex as having a "pond", again it is a wildlife preserve. The the children love to torment the animals and try to kill them with sticks. Very loud at night, not peaceful at all. ...Horrible parking, your guest will be towed past 8pm. There is not a playground either as listed. Instead the children play soccer and the balls have broken windows and hit residents. I could not rate this lower than 1 star.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Willshire Cove Apts
August 1, 2015Quite, comfortable, within walking distance to Lynnwood Transit Center, banks, Alderwood Mall, many grocery stores, and restaurants. Mary the manager is outstanding. There is a pool with lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas, many trees throughout that give shade and country feeling.Review from Apartments.com
