January 19, 2025The apartments are nice and affordable compared to many others I've seen. The staff fosters a sense of community and they care about the residents needs which is nice. My only complaint is sometimes I feel like I hear too much going on around me (walls may be a bit on the thinner side) other than that the staff makes sure nothing gets too crazy so things are well maintained and complaints are taken seriously.Property Manager Responded

January 17, 2025I’ve had a great experience living at Beckett. The staff is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. I love the amenities, especially the pool and fitness center, which are always in great condition. My apartment is spacious with modern finishes, and the location is convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and highways. January 3, 2025The apartments are fairly new and are beautiful inside. However, they were poorly built, the floors & walls are very thin. We can hear the shower running & toilet flushing, if they drop something on the floor, definitely NOT sound proof. The garbage men bang the dumpster to empty so early in the morning it can be heard in my apartment over 3 fans. So much for sleeping in when I'm off work. There's a dirt yard across the way that start up earlier in the morning as well that can be heard. There has ...been theft of people's cars. So as you can see my biggest complaint is NOISE.Property Manager Responded
