December 27, 2024The property managers in the office are amazing! Maintenance is fast to respond and is on-call for any emergency. The resident portal is easy to use. The ONLY reason I gave 3-stars is due to a pest problem that was present upon move-in. An exterminator was already scheduled to come into our unit after the holidays are over, and I am hoping that handles the rest of the problem. Genuinely I am very satisfied with the services provided, I only hope the pest issue is resolved soon.Review from Apartments.com

December 27, 2024Practically no amenities. The sidewalk and parking lot floods any time it rains. My water/sewage bill is insanely high and the office won’t do anything about it. October 29, 2024Have had a few issues with the maintenance. We called and they still haven’t came in and fixed our shower, we told them we needed a new dishwasher because ours has been molded from when we first moved in. We have yet to get our blinds for the Balcony window but other than that neighbors and staff are really sweet.Review from Apartments.com
