    Belmark Apartments are ideally situated whether being close to Bart station of San Leandro or close to downtown as it's pretty much at a walk able distance which makes it closer proximity to shopping, restaurants etc. The apartments have good security as it's a gated community and is located in a calm and peaceful neighborhood. It's also well maintained and have good appliances with reasonable rentals and minimal electrical charges.

    The apartments are professionally managed and maintained well. During the moving process, Dalia and Brianna were able to get us into our apartment in just a few days, which was very accommodating for our family of 4. I'm a stay-at-home mom and the location is great! 10 min walk to library, grocery stores, and playgrounds. The bart is also just a short walk away, with easy access into San Francisco. We've had some maintenance issues (like all other apt we've lived in), but at Belmark, they ...
    resolve the issue right away (sometimes within just a few hours). Parking garage is secured, and we've had no problems since we've moved in.

    Rental units are renovated for new tenants with modern appliances, new carpet and fresh paint. Property management is extremely friendly and maintenance is very quick to respond to your needs. Tenants are generally quiet. But its close to BART and the train tracks so you can hear the train as it comes by.

    The place here has a great staff. The location is two blocks from the Bart station. There is private parking for the tenant. Walking distance to Safeway and a bunch of restuarants. The area is very safe and quiet. Every apartment has a patiio. The rent is a little high, but rent is high everywhere.
