  • Parking is awful

    Parking is awful. Residents cannot have visitors or their cars will be towed. There is a tow truck that sits outside the parking lot on Friday and Saturday nights mind you, not all the spots are taken, although the complex will tell you they are. They have said in the past that they have tried a section just for visitors and it did not work... not sure why? Why can't a certain amount of spots be designated and passes be given on a first come first serve basis? The only way you can have a ...
    visitor is if the resident rents a garage And the visitor can then park in the garage. Not everyone has the ability to rent an apartment plus a garage but it's a good way to force people If they want to have friends or family stay. People should be made aware before they sign a lease and that the lease allows the company to change their parking policies at any time. You would be surprised how much this impacts your day-to-day.

    I've been a resident since last winter and I could not be more pleased with my experience. The community is well-kept, the neighbors are friendly, the leasing staff is courteous and knowledgeable, the maintenance team is prompt and attentive. I would recommend Regatta Bay to any prospective residents. Truly feels like home.

    Management's will ignore your service requests when you try to get things fixed, the maintenance guys have no idea how to fix anything. Then management will rob you of your deposit because of broken items when you move out. Don't waist your time and money here!
