This is not luxury
December 19, 2024This property is not luxury. Many people who live here are disrespectful, dirty, and slow. They leave garbage around, they make too much, they steal your packages, and they leave shopping carts everywhere. You will not have a peaceful night's sleep. Look at the cost of the apartment and the specials they run. There is a reason why the property is in disrepair. The worst people are able to rent here, so good luck.Property Manager Responded

December 16, 2024Late rent fees are horrible, rent rate is too high, apartment is too small, nosy neighbors and hallways, dogs barking, parking too close to my vehicle, office never answers phone, switching managers and hallways look the same.Property Manager Responded

October 19, 2024The community is not good at the moment. It doesn’t feel at all like a commmunity. I have always been able to tell what apartments are good based on this culture. There is not a culture here nor does it strive to be. If you want a place to come and go and not know your neighbors this is the place.
