    I am very happy to have been giving the opportunity to apply to live here. It's rare to find a wonderful living in Jamaica plain near alot of places and at such affordable living cost. The apartment is great and I have no regrets.

    location and amenities are great. package handling is easy. only negative is the apartment temperature in the in fall and spring. it’s unbearably hot and management pretty much ignores everyone’s complaints.

    Used to be much better. Current management team is looking for privileges instead of working for the community. EV spots are occupied daily by the leasing office employess EVEN WHEN THEY ARE NOT CHARGING - despite the signs against this practice there. Also they had the audacity to place a "office managing" sign in one of the 4 EV spots... ridiculous. Shame on them. Btw the excuse is even worst, so don't even try! They do not need the whole parking spot to open a door to maybe deal with ...
    electrical issues IF that happens. So, less privileges and more community thoughts. The gym sucks. Time to improve it. I've been her for 4 years total and it has been the same. Treadmill are frequently malfunctioning. They don't care at all... even the stupid community events they are only informing on the day of the event, corroborating how much they care and want it to happen. Shame!

    Very nice complex in a great neighborhood. Secured underground parking. Access to local shopping and the pond is great for taking walks around.

    I've been living here for a while now, and I can confidently say that this apartment complex is fantastic. The apartments themselves are well-maintained and comfortable, with a great layout and modern features. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff.     I have recently moved in here and so far it’s been good. It is located at a decent location with easy accessibility to the public transport. The amenities are good. There is a gym with necessary equipment and there is pool. Overall it’s been good.

    Clean, friendly professional, homely, very nice place, love it. Feel safe and secure. The amenities are spacious and full of light. They are well maintained. Everyone I have interacted with is friendly and kind. It’s very clean and useful to have Zipcar right here and complimentary guest parking. So friends can visit without worrying about getting a ticket!

    I have really loved my time here. Quiet community in a convenient part of town. Building is updated. When there are maintenance issues the staff is very quick to respond and resolves things usually same day, if not within 24 hours. Pool and gym are very convenient. Conciergerie and office staff are always friendly.

    My husband and I have been living here for almost 3 years now and we love it. We are very grateful for the staff working at the building, who have always been very kind to us. The location of the building is amazing, as one of the subway stations is a five minute walk from the building and the bus station is literally in front of it. The building is also a nice 10-15 min walk from the Jamaica Pond, which is amazing for running or light walking. The noise level coming from outside of our apartment ...
    is almost non-existent. But I must say that the thing we have been most grateful for is the maintenance staff. They always help us right away when something is not working and, with the changing weather of these last few months, they have been working really hard to sort out everything that has come up with the heaters and water lines. That sense of peace that comes when you know that a problem is being taken care of is priceless.
