Not Quiet or peaceful
January 16, 2025Hope that you have good neighbors. THE WALLS ARE THIN. Dogs are very prevalent in this complex. If your neighbor has a vocal dog you will never get sleep. If your neighbors play music till midnight on a random work night then you will be having a hard time at work the next day. I’m unsure if they ever follow up with noise complaints or do anything so take matters into your own hands. Management has been fine. Maintence is good. The halls are gross and always smell. The gates are never working ...except maybe one or two. Good location close to 35. Their pest control doesn’t work, so use your own. This is a massive complex expect all the problems that go with that. I am waiting for the day I can leave this place.Property Manager Responded

January 14, 2025I've been living here for a while now, and overall, I'm quite satisfied with my experience. The apartment complex is well-maintained, and the management team is responsive and friendly. The amenities are great, and the location is very convenient. January 10, 2025Very clean, good quality, can't even hear my neighbors through the walls. Have not even seen any pests since i got here. Amenities are very clean and of high quality. Safety measures for fire in all apartments, so I know my pets are safe in case something happens while I'm away.Review from Apartments.com

January 3, 2025Fantastic amenities. As a resident you get access to all three Bell Southpark communites. Its basically one big complex. You get access to 4 resort style pools and 3 amazing gyms, so you can cancel that gym membership and save money.Property Manager Responded

December 6, 2024We have loved this community and location since we moved in but it has gradually declined over time. From amenities not being maintained even though they charge $25-35 per month for it. The yard in our unit not having a gate that was properly set or fixed to accommodate for erosion. Sent multiple request to get fixed since we have dogs and nothing ever happened. Been over 6 months since we’ve been able to close it. Same goes with the checks they do before move in, so many things broken or chipped ...and never addressed before or even after move in. The main issue we had was the lack of accommodation for the declining rent in area not being reflected in our renewal offers even though rooms of the SAME EXACT TYPE were going for 300-500 less in our building or next and even after the front office acknowledged it as ludicrous, they did nothing for us. After nearly 3 years, not a lick of real appreciation for all the referrals and loyalty. No offers to compensate except more empty promises.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 27, 2024Love living at Bell Southpark. I've lived in a few apartment complexes in Austin, and this is so far the best one. I've never had a management issue, the complex is clean, the units are well taken care of, and all my neighbors are kind and keep to themselves.
