October 11, 2024We love how quiet it is here and Tempestt in the office always takes care of us. We have been here for almost 5 years and enjoy it. The amenities are always clean and the maintenance crew are on top of any issues that need resolving.Property Manager Responded

July 10, 20243 things that I like are that it is a smoke free community, the maintenance team is very efficient and the response time is within 24 hours for non-emergency situations. Last but not least, I have never encountered a parking issue. Always plenty parking spots.Property Manager Responded

March 7, 20243 years and counting and are still so happy to live here. Tempestt is one of the main reasons because we live here because she is professional and kind. She's always there for us. The maintenance team is very good at getting things done. Their response time is less than 24 hours. This is a Smoke free community. Repairs undone
November 17, 2023I've been dealing with a leaky roof for over an year. Excuses given include: it's expensive (25K for the community, nevermind my unit was under warranty from a year ago), we want the contractors to come all at once rather than one unit at a time, we need pictures of the damage. They have more pics than a 80s supermodel. My walls are moldy and the carpet is damp whenever it rains. This place is poorly managed. It's currently maintenance appreciation week. They posted a banner on the front ...gate which has been broken for over a month. I appreciate the irony.Property Manager Responded
