July 10, 20243 things that I like are that it is a smoke free community, the maintenance team is very efficient and the response time is within 24 hours for non-emergency situations. Last but not least, I have never encountered a parking issue. Always plenty parking spots.Property Manager Responded

The maintenance team is very good at getting things done. Their response time is less than 24 hours. This is a Smoke free community. Repairs undone
November 17, 2023I've been dealing with a leaky roof for over an year. Excuses given include: it's expensive (25K for the community, nevermind my unit was under warranty from a year ago), we want the contractors to come all at once rather than one unit at a time, we need pictures of the damage. They have more pics than a 80s supermodel. My walls are moldy and the carpet is damp whenever it rains. This place is poorly managed. It's currently maintenance appreciation week.
