Dirty Living Spaces and Irresponsible Suppliers
August 28, 2024From the very first day of my move, none of the air conditioners in my new apartment were functioning, leaving me to endure the scorching summer heat. To make matters worse, the apartment had clearly not been cleaned before my arrival. The washing machine and dryer were filled with accumulated hair and dust, and I even discovered shattered glass in the dishwasher filter. When I raised these concerns with the apartment management, their response was nothing short of appalling. They dismissed the ...broken glass as something that could be easily removed in seconds and claimed it wouldn’t affect a lot my living conditions at all. They showed complete disregard for my concerns, refusing to address the issues and forcefully closing my complaints without resolution. Too Small & Too Loud for the Price
October 20, 2023Pros: +Nice kitchen appliances +washer/dryer +Proximity to Good Restaurants Cons: -Smaller sq ft than listed -Exterior walls are thin, traffic can be heard all day, even from the nearby interstate -Located on the loudest intersection in Providence -Proximity to Hospital, Fire Station, and Police Station mean sirens are heard all day and night -No hanging decorations/signs on balcony or windows. -Window blinds don’t filter much light or sound -Bright lights from courtyard shine into windows ...24/7 -Very little closet space -Small Shower Most of the tenants are newcomers to the state who do not realize there are cheaper and pricier alternatives in the area with better amenities and more space. Other than the maintenance staff, the property management seemed downright hostile to even minor requests. 3/4 tenants on one floor moved out in the same month. That should tell you enough about the apartment. Expect $80-$100 increase in rent YoY.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
