Renters Reviews and Ratings
Profit over people
April 24, 2024It's hilarious that all of the reviews are horrible, but it shows a 4.8 out of 5 rating. Not accurate at all. If you want to live in a building with no opening windows, live here. If you want to have to dry your clothes 2+ times with a normal size load, move here. Oh yes and they will tell you that it's normal for this "much better" type of dryer. If you want to live in a building where they are constantly entering your living space for inspections and maintenance, live here. They even came in ...for a "pre-move out inspection" where they take pictures of all of your things. They say it's "just" policy so they can get the apartment ready for the next occupants. So, they prioritize future tenants over current tenant's right to privacy. Since the windows don't open you have to completely rely on the air conditioner to regulate the temperature, but it's unreliable and breaks and then you're stuck without being able to regulate the temperature of your space. These are not good managers and their policies and the way they enact the policies are indicative that they couldn't care less about how you feel, what your preferences are, how good of a tenant you have been. They just want to make money and will make moving out harder than it already is. Highly suggest not moving hereRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Don't live here
October 3, 2023Dealing with the management is the worst part of living here. They are slow and often unresponsive. Fixing simple issues requires constant back and forth communication. There phone doesn't work so you'll never speak to anyone. They treat their tenants like financial assets. Bellview apartments is experiences issues with multiple units. Walls Property Management, which owns this building hasn't been helpful or accommodating during this time. The building looks nice but rent is cheap for a ...reason. You can also hear all your neighbors footsteps easily. Don't live here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Worst Place I’ve rented in Washington.
October 16, 2022I lived here and would HIGHLY recommend passing. Management is tragic, had a terrible upstairs neighbor the entire time that the a manager was never cared to effectively address. They were next door neighbors so assumed they were buddies. Countless sleepless nights from loud music and stomping all night to the morning. Finally just gave up trying to live in peace. I tried to advertise the unit online to move out but early as the manager Keifer suggested but no one wants to live here which makes ...total sense in hindsight. The windows do not open in any of the units so be prepared to have 0 fresh air at all time. Air supposedly circulated through the vents but I am going to have to call BS on that. The A/C HVAC units barely work, they work okay when the apartments are empty but I quickly noticed once you move items in your home they get less and less effective. The rent increases are ridiculous mine was like $500+ , hence why last time I checked their website there were 21+ homes out of 60 to rent from nearly EVERYONE vacating and giving notice. Homeless camps all over the hill the complex is on, cars broken into and stolen. Kiefer never did anything with the city to get them off the hill. Literally saw multiple homeless people overdose and die from my window. During the snow storm last year my car windows were smashed for no reason and another had resident had her truck completely stolen. Oh and the move out charges are fantastically high and ridiculous too but not shocker there. I emailed and texted the manager before I moved out a updated forwarding address due to plans changing, still sent it to the wrong place. I let them know and haven’t heard back at all. I wouldn’t be surprised if they just send me to collections. Just pass completely and literally go anywhere else. Just an update as of October- I moved out in July and they still haven’t been able to fill my old unit….shocker. My move out costs were insane, about $1400 just for some minor wall patching and a light clean. It’s $100 alone for the fridge filters which they should be replacing. There are still around 26 available apartments that have been available since I moved out this summer. I promise you there is a reason. There are PLENTY of other options in Seattle/Capitol Hill, don’t let the fancy finishes fool you! I have been in this industry almost 7 years there is a reason they have to run specials and be on every marketing site. They can’t rent low quality and poor managed homes.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
