originally told us that we needed a new oven. I left town, and find out he tells another roommate staying here that he didn’t know about the oven. I’ve always lived at places that fixed maintenance issues within a couple days. This is unacceptable. People shouldn’t be charged rent when the owner is refusing to make repairs and or just taking their sweet time. Manager isn’t even in the state so she doesn’t seem to take it seriously. How is this even legal How long does it take to send a new oven to an apartment Why are so many things broken Upon moving in the walls are marked and dirty as well. The light was hanging by a wire. There has to be a way to fix this issue, outside of management that doesn’t seem to give two shucks.
