Wonderful Community
June 20, 2024Wonderful community that is dog friendly! The office has been incredibly helpful all day everyday. The pools are well kept. Living by Northern is pretty noisy but that is to be expected. Great place to live
May 26, 2022Incredible response from maintenance dept even about small issues. Management always friendly interested and just downright kind. We are older and electronically challenged and ALL front office staff have helped us with that issue apartment floor plan great plenty of storage etc love it here neighbors are lovely tooProperty Manager Responded

Love it!!!
December 1, 2021My boyfriend and I were looking forever for our 1st place and finally when we met Gima, we knew we hit the jackpot! She is the sweetest, most helpful person. The staff are so quick to answer any questions and we are just so in love with our new place. Everything about the area is BEAUTIFUL ! The scenery, shopping/restaurants near by, the freeway being so close, as well as all the gorgeous amenities and hiking points. We are just so in love with Bella Vista and truly believe we made the perfect ...choice for us. February 27, 2020I lived at Bella vista for about 7 months and my roommate lived there for over a year. It is a great location and very quite and honestly my time there was great for the most part. The bad part about this place is after you leave the owners of Bella vista try to get more money out of you. My former roommate and I were recently made aware that they are trying to say we owe back billed utilities. This was not explained by Bella vista, is not on the fine print of the lease, and I was told I have ...a zero balance once I left and when my ex roommate moved out he had the same thing. Now the fee we were not notified is going through to collections. It’s safe to say legal action will be the next step for us. Attractive Complex, Subpar Staff
June 26, 2017Lived in this complex for over a year, while the amenities and the overall look of the complex were nice I consistently had trouble with the staff, specifically the assistant manager. I had a severe scorpion problem (within the first 4 months I had found over 10 critters) and while this is "Arizona" the amount I was finding in such a short period of time clearly indicated a problem. It took me over 6 months to convince the staff to finally investigate the problem, which was discovered to be a ...nest in the crawl space above my unit. This property is in a nice area, and the fixtures are great but fair-warning if you have a problem you will have to nudge a little harder than normal to get it resolved.Property Manager Responded

Love it here
August 20, 2015My three bedroom is like a home and I love all the beautiful upgrades. The complex is lovely and very well maintained. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Our local mountain preserve is down the street which is great for me because I love the outdoors and hiking. We have our pick of numerous grocery stores (conventional and healthier lifestyle)in the area, and a large variety of wonderful restaurants. Almost everything a person could need is a short drive away. The 51 freeway is just down ...the road and taking it can have you almost anywhere in the valley in minutes.
