September 17, 2024Absolutely worst place ever! Check your police report and check your review before ever considering this place ! Mold everywhere, air issues and nothing but crime, harassment, dog poop everywhere!!! I could go on and on
September 11, 2024There is no actual ventilation in our bathrooms. We just realized that each bathroom has a hole in the wall, vents no where, it’s just a box hole, where a small fan was put to make it look like ventilation. We kept getting mold and mildew and felt like we had to constantly clean the bathroom more than ever before. I thought the fans were just blowing the wrong direction. Nope, there’s no ventilation. Our dishwasher hasn’t worked effectively since we got here despite 3 service requests.Property Manager Responded

July 29, 2024I wish so badly I had listened to the reviews. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS! They might be ok on apartments.com, but trust me, this place deserves an actual 0. I ignored the reviews because we needed to move fast, and I regret it. Upon move in, our unit was disgusting, unclean (old tooth brushes and towels left in unit even, they literally didn’t even try). Repairs had been made sloppily, with screws laying all over, debris everywhere, etc. that was only the start of our issues. Soon we noticed moldy ...spots on the walls growing darker. I’ve reported mold in the unit and gotten no response. Then, my ceiling in the kitchen began dripping water, and eventually opened up into a gaping hole. Now today, another ceiling leak in the living room, massive hole developing out of no where. Our AC has not worked since move in. The repair man came, told us to avoid using our main bathroom because of a crack in the tub lining causing the ceiling leak, and never came back to repair it. He also told us our AC unit was just “old”, and that’s why it was 86 degrees in our unit. Has the office done anything about any of these issues?! Absolutely nothing. Not one thing. They actively ignore every email I send. I went to the office and they said they’d “have maintenance on it first thing in the morning”. That was a month ago. We had to purchase our own window AC units just to get the house cooled down to 75. This place is so poorly managed, they literally do not care about your health and safety in the least. DO NOT MOVE IN! If you want to save yourself a massive headache, don’t bother with this place. You will regret it.Property Manager Responded
