    This apartment complex has went down the drain and constantly keeps going down. The leasing office has to be the most unhelpful and uncompassionate with any and all situations. Major roach infestation and horrible sewage smells from pipes within apartment. This place is a awful decision to call home!

    I can write for a while of being not pleased with this place, management team and property owners are not making residents feel at home due to the overwhelming issues surrounding this place which is in a great area to live. No maintenance staff that actually know what their doing, appliances break down often, major holes in and between walls that attract bugs of All Types due to moisture and mold from standing water from bad plumbing all throughout the whole complex.     every apt community hear everything plus All the rain water runs like streams to downstairs from uptairs apartment through the wood decking that need to be addressed.Front and back doors needs set and measured right to actually fit the opening to keep out insects, no real playground, pool,fitness room, no tolerance policy are overlooked on every phase due to some residents not being respectful of the one's that do care.I been here for 3months and seen a lot of things not attended to.You have alot of people who are here for convenient and okay rent but if i would one day call this place home, it would have to go through major renovation and management who cares. Teresa was my leasing consultant and she was so nice, she was very informative and she took her time helping me to get acclimated. The ladies in the office are all very helpful and welcoming.     I live here only because its all i can afford and its not even worth how much it is. Bugs EVERYWHERE!!!! and if there isnt bugs in your apartment when you move in oh there will be! It doesn't matter how clean you are. Its always noisy outside from either the neighbors the airplanes or the rail rode . There is glass and pieces of sharp metal all over the ground and nails. They will enter your apartment without notice so hide your valuables. Maintenance doesn't speak English so you cant explain to ...
    them the problems in your apartment. There is mold all over in the bathrooms! The pool is open only one day a year on memorial day they dont even have a schedule on the gate to tell you when its open and they dont give residents a key for them to use it. So if the pool is what attracted you to this god awful place dont count on you ever being able to use it! Oh and there is only one umbrella at the pool the picture is a lie. The playground sucks! No benches for the parents and the playground only has two slides THATS IT! The electricity is ALWAYS going out. Outlets dont work or you push on the wall and the power to the whole room goes out so faulty wiring. Also MOST of the apartments DO NOT HAVE WASHER DRIER HOOK UPS ITS A LIE!!!! And I can already tell you nun of the single bedrooms have a washer dryer hook up like they love to advertise! And they tell you is only 50 a month for you pet thats a lie too! it 250 EVERY month! Dont believe me? When you arrive walk up to any person who has a dog and ask them how much they are paying! They say new management but same old problems as there always have been!

We do have pest control regularly and the leasing office can add an additional service day to your unit if requested. You can submit work orders from your resident portal to have maintenance check out any other repairs you may have. If you desire a one bedroom with a washer and dryer hook up, you can check with the leasing office for the next available vacant unit. As well, should you have any questions about any charges on your account, the property manager will be sure to have your account properly reconciled.   • Terrible place to live

    I have been living here for 3 months. They told me they would fix my A.C. but 3 months later still no air conditioning. It is getting to the summer time and I can't even enjoy my place because it is so hot. They also damaged my floors and I'm paying a extra 30 dollars a month and my dishwasher still doesn't work

    Poor and rude staff. No emergency maintenance. Never know if you will have water.no heat in bathrooms. Roaches motel. Cats everywhere, people let there dogs run loose. See your apartment and inspect it before you sign. Get broke into. Appliances are old, they paint them to look new. No courtyard, coffee in office. Rats running everywhere
