Spacious
October 10, 2015The building is a old structure so , very high ceiling spacious bedroom , big living room. Always clean . Only issues is maintenance when it comes to bells. They are not always working properly. Aside from that , a nice building .Review from Apartments.com
A step up but a step back
September 24, 2015I love that I'm 26 with my own apartment. Well with a roommate of course(new York living) this apartment is an on going roller coaster. I would like to save and go back to school but with the rent in this place it just keep on rising !!!. We still haven't received our complete kitchen and we been here for two years(shaking your head I know) we had to get our ceiling torn apart because the power went out on one side of the apartment.. What else you ask? The buzzer barely works . Why live here ...because where else in New York is there to live. Rent is so high once you find a place you try to make the best. Sincerely a women who is making it work.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
