January 31, 2025Extremely unsatisfied with the lack of professionalism of this staff. I've reached out to them multiple times about a concern I have and they refuse to even get back to me so a solution can be found. This isn't the first time that I've had a concern that got swept under the rug. This business only cares about their bottom line, not the residents who actually pay rent each month who create that bottom line. January 17, 2025For as much as we pay for rent this place needs to be updated with at least newer appliances .. and we get charged for water use but to get hot water we have to let it run for at least 5 mins to start getting warm water that is crazyProperty Manager Responded

January 9, 2025I really like the room—it's cozy, inviting, and feels like a personal sanctuary. The furniture placement and ambiance create a perfect balance for relaxation and productivity. However, the kitchen is a bit disappointing and doesn’t meet my expectations. The counter space is limited, storage is cramped, and the ventilation isn’t great, making cooking and cleaning more challenging than I’d prefer. That said, the balcony makes up for it in many ways. It's spacious, with a beautiful view of the ...greenery and cityscape. I love spending time there, especially during sunrise or sunset. It’s my favorite spot for unwinding, whether with a book or just soaking in the peaceful surroundings. While the kitchen has its drawbacks, the room and balcony together create a living space I genuinely enjoy and appreciate.Property Manager Responded

December 7, 2024The community is overall a wonderful place to live. The neighborhood is welcoming, peaceful, and well-maintained, with excellent amenities that cater to residents of all ages. The parks and recreational spaces are especially lovely, offering a great environment for families and individuals alike. However, one issue that stands out is the inconsistent trash collection. Unfortunately, it isn't cleaned regularly, which can occasionally lead to unpleasant odors and an unsightly appearance in ...common areas. Addressing this concern would undoubtedly enhance the living experience for everyone. Aside from this, everything about the community is fantastic. The management is friendly and responsive, the facilities are top-notch, and the sense of safety here is commendable. With improved attention to waste management, this community would be nearly perfect. I hope this issue gets resolved soon, as it would make an already great place to live even better!Property Manager Responded

December 1, 2024The house and the surrounding area quiet and clean love this place, best place to live and the management is sweet and concerned. We had the pest control team visit our house in the morning, they were engaging and letting us know what they were doing and why is it beneficial. The management in the leasing office was very friendly, especially tony assisted us in the entire leasing process and was supportive with all the procedure Totally loved this place.Property Manager Responded
