January 10, 2025My experience lately compels me to write this negative review. Over the last several months it has been a struggle to get maintenance requests fulfilled. I submit it in the portal and after about a week of waiting, the work order disappears from the portal. I’ve called and emailed the office and they can’t explain why. I have no idea if my work order is even still pending and no one can tell me even approximately when maintenance will be available to come. It’s extremely frustrating and ...disappointing. It used to be so seamless to get things fixed within 2 days. I’ve lived here almost 14 years. Now it’s weeks, and multiple calls and emails. If it takes longer, that’s fine, but I am completely in the dark. And after months of these issues with the system/portal not being addressed or even acknowledged, you would think someone would have answers. We are forced to pay an extra $30 a month “technology fee” so why is the technology not being fixed?Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 6, 2025Loud at night and the portal wont tell me or let me reset my password. Laundry room is bad. Half the machines in the two by my apartment dont work and it often smells, usually of urine.Property Manager Responded

December 27, 2024Besides not having use of a stove due to a maintenance error during the first few weeks, my experience here has been nice. Office staff are super helpful, parking is always available, and the community is peaceful and quiet. Besides the mistakes made by maintenance in the beginning, they are very thorough and work quickly. I'm glad to call this place my humble abode.Property Manager Responded
