November 8, 2018This is a federal subsidised property that is located in the Lower Third community in Alexandria, LA. Its basically a place to live, providing the necessities with the tenant bringing in their own style and decor to make it comfortable and attractive. Crime is really not an issue here, what does transpire is usually brought onto the property from others who may be visitors of tenants. The population is mainly single mothers with younger kids and elderly residents. Complex is managed by a ...contracted property management company and Bethel A.M.E. Invasion of Privacy and Treat You Like You Don't Deserve to be There
April 13, 2016I would not recommend this place for living. The environment is in a violent area, and the new inspector is known for terrorizing the tenants as well as the apartment manager. The living arrangement is not as spacious as it appears on the pictures and the wall are thin. Be careful of the personnel saying that they updated the apartment before moving in. Take before and after pictures of everything or you will be accused of damaging the property.
